Fees: Charges are based on yard size, number of pets, and service frequency. Payments are due upon service completion.
Cancellations: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid fees.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Report any property damage within 48 hours.

Yes, initial cleanups may incur an extra fee due to accumulated waste. We charge $40 initial pickup fee for yards not cleaned in a few weeks

Yes, we offer discounted rates for households with multiple dogs. For example, the weekly package is $112 for 1-2 dogs, small yard. additional dogs will be +$5 each

A standard visit includes:
Thorough removal of all pet waste from the designated area.
Double-bagging and disposal of waste in the client’s council garbage bin.
A check to ensure all gates are securely closed upon departure. With a photo of locked gate sent to customer upon completion.
How do I schedule or change a service appointment?
You can schedule or modify appointments by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website’s customer portal. We recommend notifying us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes.
Is there a contract required for ongoing services?
No, we offer flexible service agreements without long-term contracts. You can start, pause, or cancel services at any time with appropriate notice.
